We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This courtesy allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee, which must be paid before booking your next appointment. In the event of a same-day emergency, you may reschedule without a cancellation fee by paying for the session upfront. If payment is not received on the day of the missed appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and your balance must be paid in full before rescheduling. ⸻ Missed Appointments (No-Shows) If you miss your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. The full session fee will be charged, and all future sessions must be prepaid. ⸻ Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid overlapping with the next client’s appointment. Regardless of the time remaining, the full session fee still applies. ⸻ Gift Card Policy Gift cards expire 12 months from purchase. Not redeemable for cash. No refunds. Due to high client volume, we are unable to accept gift cards on Saturdays. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you during the week!
